Work with me

Ways we can work together

If you're in the Greater Vancouver Area, message me about an in-person visit to my gym.

Online, you can book a single session to troubleshoot a specific problem, or work with me month to month.

One session

Strategic Consult

$250 CAD · one 60-minute session

Good for

A specific problem you'd like help untangling.  Maybe it's a nagging pain, a movement that feels off, or a plateau you can't figure out.

What happens

We spend an hour digging into your movement, training, injury, or pain problem.  I'll ask clarifying questions, prompt you to move in a variety of ways, and explain what's going on in plain English.

What you leave with

A clear understanding of what's driving the problem, and a practical plan with specific steps and exercises to overcome the problem.

Month to month

Coaching

$500 CAD per month

Good for

Daily accountability, support, and training, direct from me, everyday.  This is the road to radical change, if you want to build the free-moving, physically capable body of your dreams.

How it works

We begin with a 60-minute assessment to inform your personal plan.  As you work through your plan, we'll touch base daily and meet weekly to reflect, troubleshoot, and adapt our approach as your body improves.

  • A training plan built around your goals, and life/movement constraints.
  • Daily check-ins, so small problems get sorted out before they turn into big ones.
  • A weekly meeting to reflect, learn, and re-orient.

Start with a conversation

Before you sign up, book a free 10-minute call to talk through your goals, or send me a few sentences by email.  I'll give you my honest opinion, and if I'm not the right person to help, I'll point you in a better direction.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a gym?

It helps, since a gym gives us more options.  But I'll build your plan around whatever you have access to; a lot can be accomplished with the right movement, instruction, and focused attention.

Can you help with pain or injuries?

Yes.  A lot of my work involves helping people get back to sports and/or life, and increasing their pain-free capacity.

“Patrick was a guest on a podcast I was listening to a while back. Listening to him talk about health and wellness with the mind and body as one is what prompted me to reach out to him.

I’m very glad I did. At the time I was recovering from a leg injury. I shattered my tibia. I described to him where I was struggling with my recovery and how it was limiting my mobility. He gave me very clear advice on what to add to my rehab training. My recovery excelled to the point where now I can’t even feel that my tibia was ever damaged.”
Harjit · from his Google review
I'm a beginner, or a bit older.  Is this for me?

Absolutely.  The first few years of my career were spent coaching beginners and older folks in their 60s.  Today, a sizeable chunk of my clientele still fall into those categories.  My movement and training principles are the same (otherwise they wouldn't be principles), but the specifics are scaled to your current level.

I'm a movement professional.  Can I work with you?

Yes.  Rehab professionals and coaches have worked with me to sharpen their own thinking about movement.  Send me a note about what you're struggling with.
