My mission is to help you achieve complete health and sustained, pain-free performance. To enhance your physical, mental, and emotional health through physical activity. To give you the tools you need to perform at your best, without the burden of chronic pain. I’m with you, you’re with me, and we’re all just tryna’ be happy.

KEY TRAINING PRINCIPLES

There are three key principles to achieving high-level health and performance. The first is to enjoy physical activity and play… a lot. The second is to follow a structured training plan. The third is to develop a basic understanding of physical literacy.

in-person training

Private in-person coaching. Throughout each session we'll use a variety of different training modalities, all carefully chosen to get you to your health and performance goals as fast as possible. As a bonus, you'll receive a custom program on our training app to stay active on the days that we don't see each other in-person.

REMOTE COACHING

We perform a complete video assessment. I create a week-long training program that you'll have access to on our training app. Each week, we reconvene on a video call to re-assess and iterate on your program. We repeat the process until you've reached your health and performance goals.
